imagistic Helps Create New Online Brand for Mommy & Me

VENICE, CALIFORNIA – April 2003 – imagistic launches new Web sites for Mommy and Me Enterprises, which was formed to provide parents with activities, information and products that inspire them to maximize the quality of time they spend with their children.

Millions of moms are familiar with the Mommy & Me name and trust it as a resource for helping them strengthen their relationships with their infants, toddlers or preschoolers. Founded in 1979 by Dr. Cindy Bunin Nurik, a renowned child development specialist, family therapist, mom and pioneer in the parent-child movement; Mommy & Me is about building strong bonds, as well as minds, through parent-child interaction and "Laughing, Loving, Learning – Together".

Purchased by DIC Entertainment in 2001, the company is undergoing a process of brand expansion with the launch of its new brand of consumer products available at mass-market retailers and a revitalization of the Mommy & Me Association. Now branded as M.A.M.A., this is the first organization for playgroup leaders, teachers and parents involved in playgroups and parent/child classes. M.A.M.A. provides resources, recognition and support to playgroup and parent/child class leaders and participant.

imagistic's work in overhauling the front end design and backend databases for the Mommy & Me Web site and M.A.M.A. Web site is an important part of the overall brand push. imagistic created a new clean user interface that allows users to access a wealth of content and interact with the sites easily and enables site features such as:

• Search the database of over 300,000 playgroups for listings in a geographic area
• Register new playgroups for listing in the database
• Search for playgroup activities
• Submit new playgroup activities
• Find and purchase products

Additionally, imagistic developed a robust custom content management system that allows Mommy & Me to update "Featured Activities", post new products and manage content throughout both sites.
