VENICE, CALIFORNIA – – May 2004 – imagistic signed a deal with Signals Research Group, LLC this month to develop and launch their Web site for an August 2004 launch.

Signals Research Group's newsletter, Signals Ahead, is the leading subscription based newsletter for the wireless industry. "It is our goal to build a Web site that extends and strengthens the Signals brand online while encouraging professionals in the wireless industry to subscribe to the newsletter," says Michael Weiss, CEO of imagistic.

When the site launches in August customers will be able to choose from a multiple of subscription options as well as purchase individual issues. Weiss says "Security and protection of the content is critical for our client. So we are using new technology solutions that protect our client's property, while allowing users to focus on the content and not the technology." Additional features will include:

• Password protected MySignals area for subscribers
• eCommerce solution to sell books, newsletters and other products
