imagistic Launches New Site for Clearant, Inc.

VENICE, CALIFORNIA - February 6, 2003 - Imagistic launched a new Web site for Clearant, Inc., a biotechnology company that develops and licenses the CLEARANT PROCESS™, a powerful pathogen inactivation technology for biological products such as: tissue allograft implants, plasma therapies, blood products and recombinant products.

Developed by Internet software and services firm Imagistic, the new Web site (http://www.clearant.com) targets investors, media and analysts and consumers as part of its overall branding strategy and marketing plan. Clearant's main goal was to build a site that would 'humanize' the pathogen inactivation technology in layman's terms. The focus of the site is on the ability of the CLEARANT PROCESS™ to improve lives.

Imagistic created a clean user interface that allows the various target audiences to find relevant information quickly and easily. For the media/investors and consumers, the site distills the technology to an understandable level; while scientists and doctors are able to delve more deeply into the technology to find out more specific information.

Future work will include development of content publishing tools as well as upgrades to the site.
