Overview:

Bank of America Merchant Services division provides resources and services for its small business customers such as point-of-sale and payment processing. The division wanted to create, showcase and market its e-commerce and storefront capabilities to its merchants.

Solution:

  • Created a library of several dozen storefront templates allowing small business owners to develop different online store styles
  • Developed an online Flash tutorial to educate small business owners on how to deploy an online store

Results:

  • Bank of America Merchant services was able to offer and market a value-added new service for its small business customers.
