In response to the new pay rate range transparency laws that went into effect on January 1, 2023, Imagistic moved quickly to help Apex Systems become compliant within their job search application. Apex and Imagistic teams worked together to adjust the existing APIs to support the requisite pay rate range information being pulled from the Bullhorn ATS (applicant tracking system). As well, additional logic was added to the website to remove any jobs from search results and display that did not meet the transparency requirements.
