The Los Angeles Bureau of Engineering engaged Imagistic and Fundamental Design Group (FDG) to upgrade the UX (user experience) of the Permit Manual that was released last year. In addition to improving the search results and logic, an improved navigation was designed based on Google Drive and successfully released.
“This set of improvements that we designed and implemented with Jessica of FDG and the BOE team will substantially improve the overall UX of the application,” stated Imagistic CEO, Kevin Howard Goldberg.
