2009 Imagistic spent 12 months clarifying business requirements and leveraging user and traffic analysis, personas, and user experience development. Fine-tuning and documenting the scope of engagement, Imagistic successfully adhered to ACA's budget constraints. 2016 Imagistic redesigned the site to be more intuitive, easier-to-use and mobile-friendly. The improvements in both the user interface and the user experience have been a very welcomed change.
